Radio Operators job vacancies in Shipping
Corporation of India Ltd on contract basis
The Shipping Corporation of India Ltd., a Navratna PSU is
looking to engage Radio Operators on contract basis for LNG Terminal at KLPL,
Dabhol, Ratnagiri on contract basis.

Eligibility : Must hold GMDSS Certificate. Must have passed
10 +2 standards and completed all necessary basis STCW courses. Must have good
communication skill in English and basic Computer knowledge. Must have good
vision and good hearing capabilities. Must have work experience on trading
merchant vessel or in port or on drilling Platforms/Rigs as Radio Operator for
at least 01 year. During the year of experience, must have worked on
operational VHF, RADAR, AIS and NAVTEX.
Emoluments : A consolidated emoluments of Rs. 50,000/- per
month (all inclusive – CTC) will be paid to each Radio Operator. No other
benefits/perks will be provided. Income tax will be deducted as per prevailing
rules.
Age Limit : Must
not be more than 55 years of age as on 15th October 2018.
Selection Process : The candidates are requested to carry three copies of the duly filled-in attached Application Format on the day of the interview. Candidates who are found eligible as per above mentioned eligibility criteria would be considered for the selection process.
