Railway Recruitment Cell Hubli (RRC Hubli) invites application for the position Goods Guard

In terms of the instructions issued vide Railway Board's letter No.E(NG)I-93/PM2/16 dtd.20.08.1993 RBE No.129/1993) and other instructions issued from time to time, applications are hereby invited ONLINE for filing up of 147 posts of Goods Train Manager (Erstwhile Goods Guard) in

i. level-5 in Operating Department on South Western Railway through General Departmental Competitive Examination (GDCE) from all the eligible regular serving Railway employees of South Western Railway and RWFYNK as on the date of issue of notification.

Position: Goods Train Manager (Erstwhile Goods Guard)

No of Post: 147

Pay Level (7th CPC): Level-5

Educational Qualification: Degree from recognized University or its equivalent

Medical Standard: A-II (Aey-Two)

Stages of exam: Single stage Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by document verification & Medical Examination.

Age Limit: The upper age limit will be 42 years for General candidates, 45 years for OBC candidates and 47 years for SC/ST candidates. (Authority: RBE No.112/2018, dtd.02.08.2018 & corrigendum dtd.19.09.2018). The age will be reckoned as on 01.01.2022 (Authority: RBE No.224/99, dtd.02.09.1999)
