Job Description
Incident & Fault Management: Handle critical escalations, drive root cause analysis (RCA) for network outages, and ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze RAN KPIs (accessibility, retainability, throughput) on 4G LTE and 5G gNB/CU/DU nodes to recommend corrective changes.
Configuration & Integration: Oversee software updates, feature parameter rollouts, and new cell site integrations using OSS/NMS platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with field maintenance teams, RF planning, core network groups, and external vendors.
Process Automation: Implement script-based automation (Python, Shell, or SQL) to streamline routine daily network health checks and reporting.
