Greetings from TBS2!!!Immediate requirement for Senior AR Caller
Experience: 2 yrs to 6 yrs
Should be strong on Denials
Must have hands on experience in Physician Billing & Hospital Billing
Roles & Responsibilities:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Calling Insurance Company on behalf of Doctors / Physician for claim status.
- Follow-up with Insurance Company to check status of outstanding claims.
- Receive payment information if the claims has been processed.
- Analyze claims in case of rejections.
- Ensure deliverable adhere to quality standards.
- •Performing outbound calls to insurance companies (in the US) to collect outstanding Accounts Receivables.
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs
- Responding to customer requests by phone and/or in writing to ensure timely resolution of unpaid medical insurance claims
- Analyzing medical insurance claims for quality resolution Resolving complex situations following pre-established guidelines
- Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the healthcare..
