About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Interact with all levels of management and be able to document existing processes, manage and analyze data, and recommend enhanced business processes
2. Lead the analyses of an operations team, business processes, and organizational structures using business process reengineering and improvement (BPR/BPI) methods
3. Identify the gap in suboptimal or missing strategies, structures, capabilities, processes, practices, technologies, or skills, and then recommends steps to meet the company's goal
4. Develop & implement surveys to acquire data from different departments
5. Responsible for the accurate & timely preparation of process SOPs
6. Share feedback regularly to the team to support further improvement
