Introduction
We are seeking a passionate and skilled React Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly web applications using React.js and related technologies. You will collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver innovative solutions and seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front-End Development

Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.

Build reusable components and libraries for future use.

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across different devices.
2. Integration & Collaboration

Integrate RESTful APIs and work closely with backend developers to connect UI components with server-side logic.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional applications.

Work closely with QA teams to identify and resolve bugs quickly.
3. Performance Optimization

Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.

Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.

Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure coding standards are followed.
4. Research & Innovation

Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and frameworks in front-end development.

Proactively suggest new ideas and enhancements to improve user experience and application efficiency.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills

Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

Experience with Redux / Context API for state management.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration techniques.

Hands-on experience with Git / GitHub / Bitbucket for version control.

Understanding of Webpack, Babel, NPM, or Yarn.

Basic knowledge of TypeScript (preferred but not mandatory).

Exposure to Next.js or React Native is an added advantage.
