Job Description
- Sell property to achieve individual monthly sales targets as set by management.
- List and manage property for sale or lease including regular liaison with vendors, prospective buyers, and other essential parties.
- Establish, manage and review agency trust accounts using sound financial practices.
- Accurately complete all necessary documentation associated with the marketing, listing, lease and sale of property including a summary of conversation, correspondence and agreements with external parties.
- Conduct research of current and projected market trends as the basis for identifying, recommending and implementing improved selling and marketing strategies.
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base
- Plan, design and conduct appropriate marketing and selling strategies for individual properties.
- Work closely with Team Leader to develop and execute lead programs.
- Assist team members in preparing and providing sales reports and other project as required.
- Maintain an understanding of both local and national real estate markets.
- Be involved in activities designed to gain a greater market share including telephone canvassing, leaflet drops etc.
- Assist company to achieve budgetary targets from sales activities.
- You will have to report to the office of the “Satyamev Developcon Pvt. Ltd”, in extra ordinary case, when you go to fetch business order from outside area and If is not possible for you to report to this office on that day, you will get relaxation in this rule on prior information for any particular occasion.
