Job Description

Real Estate Associate have to get leads, by making team or direct doesn't matter show their clients the plot or project. Have to cold call. We'll provide you the car too. Have good communication and relation building skills.

Responsibilities:

Estimating the value of homes or other real estate properties using computer programs such as the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) system

Communicating with clients and helping them find the right property based on their needs and preferences

Evaluating the financial status of potential buyers to determine whether they can afford to purchase a home

Providing clients with information about available properties and responding to questions about mortgages, home maintenance, and other issues related to buying or selling a home

Negotiating with sellers to purchase properties at fair prices

Helping clients buy or sell real estate by reviewing contracts, conducting title searches, and ensuring that all documentation is in order for closing

Developing marketing campaigns to increase the exposure of a property to potential buyers

Listing properties for sale in local newspapers, online websites, and other real estate listings

Providing clients with information about local communities, schools, available home loans, property taxes, and other relevant topics
