A Real Estate Channel Partner plays a crucial role in the property sales ecosystem by acting as a bridge between real estate developers and potential buyers. Channel partners work closely with builders, brokers, and customers to generate leads, promote properties, and drive sales. Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Lead Generation

Identify and approach potential customers interested in purchasing residential or commercial properties.

2. Property Promotion & Marketing

Promote properties offered by real estate developers through both online and offline marketing strategies.

3. Client Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their requirements and preferences.

4. Coordination with Developers & Builders

5. Site Visits & Property Demonstrations

6. Sales & Revenue Generation

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

7. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
