Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Working Days - 6 Days a week
Work from Office - Pune west, Baner
Working Time - 10am to 7.30pm
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Assistance & Support:
-
Assist in responding to client inquiries regarding property listings, prices, availability, and site visits.

Attend site inspections or property showings with senior agents or managers.

Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor while interacting with potential clients, tenants, or investors.
2. Property Listings & Marketing:
-
Help create, update, and manage property listings across online portals, social media, and marketing materials.

Coordinate photography, videography, and virtual tours of properties.
-
Assist in drafting brochures, flyers, and promotional content.
3. Market Research & Analysis:
-
Conduct online and field research to track property prices, market trends, competitor listings, and local developments.

Support the preparation of market intelligence reports and feasibility studies.

Collect and organize data on real estate regulations, taxes, and zoning laws.
4. Administrative Support:
-
Help manage CRM tools or property databases by inputting leads, contact information, and deal progress.

Organize documents including lease agreements, sale deeds, client records, and inspection reports.

Coordinate meetings, calls, and property visits for the sales or leasing team.
5. Lead Generation & Follow-Ups:
-
Assist in identifying and contacting potential leads through online platforms, cold calling, or referral programs.

Follow up with prospects regarding queries, documentation, or scheduled viewings.

Track and report on lead conversion and client engagement.
6. Event & Campaign Support:
-
Contribute to planning and execution of real estate expos, open houses, or promotional campaigns.
-
Engage with walk-in clients or event attendees, providing property information and brochures.
-
Collect feedback and leads from events for follow-up by the sales team.
