Responsibilities and Duties:

We are looking for energetic and result oriented individuals to join our team for their professional enhancement
Responsible for Direct Sales for residential & commercial real estate projects.
Generating New business opportunity for organization
Supervision & co - ordination of Marketing and branding activities.
Excellent sales capabilities
Creativity with in sales techniques and marketing schemes
Interacting with existing and prospective clients so as to keep them upbeat with the latest developments and offerings and also making them a part of our future projects.
Aggressively achieving the sales target
Conducting sales calls and closing the leads.
Continuous follow up with the customers and building & retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.
Revenue generation using references of existing and upcoming projects and also in conversion of prospective customers who are looking for safe investment and returns.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Have a positive attitude and a lot of enthusiasm.
Age should not be more than 45 yrs
Job location is BTM .
Own conveyance is a must.
We are hiring energetic and enthusiastic people for our residential real estate sales team
The candidate should be comfortable working for six days a week.
Saturday and Sunday will be working.
They should possess good communication skills.
