Hiring Real Estate Manager with 2 To 4 Years Experience In Real Estate Industry
1) Managing From Allocation Of Walk-Ins At Site To The Respective Team Members To The Closures And Home Loan Disbursement.
2) Attending Walk Ins And Closing Deals Along With Proper Follow-Ups
3) Designing Monthly And Quarterly Sales Plan For The Respective Site On a Regular Basis
4) Developing Sales Strategies And Visualizing The Sales Targets Till Accomplishment
5) Responsible For Attending Revisits Of The Team Members And Make Sure Of Closing Them
6) Responsible For Achieving Monthly Sales Targets And Collection Targets
Go-Getter With Good Attention To Details And Commitment To Work.
Ability To Multi-Task, Prioritizes And Manages Team Effectively.
