Real Estate Market Surveyor
Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and field-active Real Estate Market Surveyor to support our retail leasing division. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Delhi-NCR markets and be comfortable working on-ground to gather live property data and real-time market information.
Key Responsibilities:-
Conduct daily market surveys across designated retail hubs and commercial areas.

Identify and document available retail spaces (size, type, location, owner details).

Collect information on rental trends, vacancy status, and competitive properties.

Maintain an updated property database with images, rental expectations, property condition, and ownership/agent contact details.

Submit daily reports to the Leasing Manager/CRM team through predefined formats.

Support in arranging site visits for brand clients when necessary.

Build a local network of property owners, brokers, and shopkeepers for live market intelligence.

Stay updated on new project launches, mall spaces, and redevelopment opportunities.

Prior experience in real estate surveying (preferred, but freshers with strong field interest can also apply).

Knowledge of NCR Retail and Commercial markets is a strong plus.

Good communication and networking skills.

Field-active, highly self-motivated, and result-oriented.

Ability to manage reporting, basic Excel entries, and Google Forms/WhatsApp communication.

Two-wheeler preferred for market mobility.
