We are hiring people for Real Estate Marketing Consultant / Manager, at Associate level and Managerial level , for a Real Estate Company .

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & CRM: Implement lead generation campaigns through digital marketing, social media, and paid advertising.

Social Media & Content Marketing: Manage and create engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Website & SEO Optimization: Ensure the company website is updated, SEO-friendly, and optimized for lead conversion.

Property Promotions: Organize virtual tours, open houses, and promotional events to showcase properties.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Analyze real estate trends, pricing, and customer preferences to refine marketing strategies.

Advertising & Branding: Create eye-catching marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online ads.

Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to develop targeted marketing campaigns for different property segments.
