Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify the location for new site as per RF requirement
- Coordinate & Collect require documents from owner
- Responsible for documents verification from legal team.
- Responsible for rent negotiation with owner within given guideline.
- End to end coordination with RF and Construction team till final agreement.
Qualification : Any Diploma/ Graduate (Fresher or Experienced)
CTC : 1.80 Lacs to 2.40 Lacs PA
Age : 23 to 35 Yrs
Other Skill & Knowledge Require:
- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Individuals who have worked in Sales/Marketing or Real Estate & Tower execution will be given preference
- candidate must be known to local geography and language
- Must have own two wheeler and valid driving license
