Job Description
- Calling and meeting clients on a daily basis.
- Working actively towards getting the clients to make an appropriate decision regarding property rent/purchase.
- Ensuring a high success rate in converting the customers into clients and ensure that monthly targets are met.
- Calling on leads on a daily basis.
- Provide detailed property information to property seekers.
- Shortlist properties/projects as per requirement of the buyer and arrange visits accordingly.
- Arrange daily meetings with clients/ daily site visits.
- Conduct effective site visits and convert them through regular follow-up.
- Source new inventories on-site on a daily basis.
- Maintain good relationship with Project Sales Head, Sales Representative/Sales Person of all Projects.
- Look for maximum References from existing clients and relevant sources to increase business opportunities.
- Good Communication;
- Must know English, Hindi, Marathi; Convincing capability;
- Sales skills.
- Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate (Any)
- Experience: Fresher/ 1-2 years of real estate sales experience.
- Joining: Immediate.
- Candidates having knowledge of local area will be given first preference.
- Salary - 12-15k basic per month (in hand) + Sales incentives + Other perks
- On time disbursement of salary
- Training period of 15 days
- Constant guidance and support for 6 months.
- Regular revision of salary and promotion with achievement of monthly targets
