Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

Identify potential buyers and investors through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing.

Follow up on leads generated via advertising campaigns, online portals, and walk-ins.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
2. Property Showcasing & Consultation

Conduct site visits, property tours, and virtual presentations for clients.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property recommendations.

Educate clients about property features, legal documentation, and investment benefits.

Provide accurate information about pricing, payment plans, and project timelines.
3. Sales Negotiation & Deal Closure

Negotiate property prices, payment schedules, and other terms with clients.

Ensure deals are finalized while maintaining company profitability.

Assist clients in completing legal formalities and loan documentation.

Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth transactions.
4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

Stay updated with real estate trends, property prices, and market demand.

Analyze competitor strategies and identify new business opportunities.

Suggest pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to management.
5. Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with buyers, investors, and property owners.

Provide post-sales support and handle customer queries effectively.

Maintain a customer database for future engagement and referrals.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
6. Collaboration with Internal Teams

Work closely with the marketing team to execute property promotions.

Coordinate with the operations team for project updates and handovers.

Report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to the Sales Manager.

Participate in exhibitions, property fairs, and promotional events to increase brand visibility.
Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and local languages.

2. Technical Skills
