Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

3. Client Consultation & Needs Analysis

Provide expert advice on market conditions, property values, financing options, and legal procedures.

Assist clients throughout the property search process, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
4. Negotiation & Deal Closure

Negotiate property prices, terms, and conditions between buyers and sellers.

Coordinate with legal teams, finance providers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.

Ensure all contracts and agreements comply with legal requirements and company policies.

Close deals efficiently and ensure timely handover of property.
5. Documentation & Compliance

Prepare and review sales contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines.

Stay updated with real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
6. After-Sales Service & Relationship Management

Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
