Key Responsibilities:
1. Property Sales and Negotiation

Guide clients through the entire process, including property selection, financing, and closing.
2. Market Research and Property Knowledge

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the real estate market, including pricing, inventory, and regulatory changes.

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and develop a deep understanding of local neighborhoods and property values.

Provide clients with comprehensive information about the market, property features, and comparable properties to help them make informed decisions.
3. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they receive personalized attention and exceptional service throughout the buying or selling process.

Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business and referrals.

Address any client concerns, handle objections, and provide effective solutions to ensure a smooth transaction.
4. Sales and Marketing Activities

5. Documentation and Reporting
