Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, presenting property solutions, and closing successful sales transactions. As a frontline representative of the company, the Sales Executive plays a key role in guiding clients through property options, answering inquiries, conducting site visits, and providing professional support throughout the buying or leasing process.
You must possess a strong understanding of the real estate industry, local property market trends, legal procedures, and customer service standards. This is a performance-based role with ample opportunities for growth, learning, and earning through competitive commission structures.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital lead generation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their property requirements and providing suitable solutions.

Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, social media, and walk-ins.

Follow up with leads through multiple touchpoints and nurture them into active clients.
2. Property Presentation & Sales Process

Present property listings to potential buyers or tenants with in-depth knowledge of pricing, features, benefits, and nearby amenities.

Arrange and conduct site visits, ensuring clients receive professional and informative walkthroughs of available properties.

Advise clients on market conditions, pricing trends, investment opportunities, and legal documentation.

Prepare and submit sales offers, negotiate terms and finalize sales agreements with the help of legal or management teams when necessary.

Ensure clients understand and comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Sales Targets & Reporting

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

Maintain a clear sales pipeline, track prospects, and keep accurate records of interactions in the company’s CRM or database.

Generate regular reports on sales activity, client feedback, and market trends to management.

Work with the finance or administration team to ensure timely processing of contracts and commission payments.
4. Market Knowledge & Intelligence

Stay updated on local and regional real estate market conditions, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.

Monitor current inventory, upcoming project launches, and changes in zoning or land regulations.

Use data-driven insights to improve sales approaches and develop customized sales pitches.
5. Marketing Support & Promotions

Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, advertisements, and open house events to boost property visibility.

Provide input on digital content, brochures, and social media posts to attract qualified leads.

Represent the company professionally at expos, trade shows, and industry networking events.
Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Proven work experience of 1–3 years in real estate sales or a related industry (e.g., automotive, financial services, insurance).

In-depth knowledge of property sales procedures, documentation, and real estate laws in the region.

Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and basic digital tools.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.
