Job Summary:

We are seeking energetic, driven, and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executives to join our dynamic team. As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling residential and/or commercial properties to potential buyers, building lasting client relationships, conducting site visits, and closing deals. Your main role will involve converting inquiries into sales and guiding clients through the entire property buying journey—from initial interest to possession.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales aptitude, and a good understanding of the real estate market. This is a high-reward role with attractive performance-linked incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Handling and Sales Conversion

  • Handle incoming inquiries through calls, emails, social media, and walk-ins

  • Understand client requirements, budget, and location preferences

  • Explain project details, floor plans, pricing, amenities, and legal documentation clearly

  • Schedule and conduct property or site visits, giving detailed walkthroughs

  • Follow up with clients regularly to move them forward in the sales funnel

  • Negotiate and close deals professionally while ensuring client satisfaction

2. Lead Management

  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads through follow-ups, referrals, and marketing-generated prospects

  • Record and update all lead-related activities in CRM software or Excel sheets

  • Coordinate with telecalling, marketing, and digital teams for lead nurturing

  • Maintain detailed records of communication, visits, and buyer preferences

3. Property Presentation

  • Confidently present and promote properties at the site, sales gallery, or through virtual tours

  • Highlight USPs of the property such as location, design, amenities, pricing, builder reputation, etc.

  • Provide clarity on payment schedules, loan assistance, legal documents, and possession timelines

  • Create a sense of urgency with offers, limited-time discounts, or ready-to-move benefits

4. Market and Competitor Analysis

  • Keep track of ongoing real estate projects and market trends in the area

  • Study pricing, offers, and inventory availability of competitor projects

  • Provide market feedback to the marketing and product team to refine offerings

  • Stay informed about government regulations, RERA norms, and tax policies impacting buyers

5. Coordination & Documentation

  • Coordinate with legal, CRM, and operations team for document verification, booking forms, and agreements

  • Ensure all documentation (KYC, booking receipts, agreements, etc.) is completed timely and correctly

  • Follow up on payments, bank loan processes, and registration formalities

  • Assist in post-sale services like possession handover or client grievance resolution

Required Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills (English + local language)

  • Confident, presentable, and customer-friendly personality

  • Sales-driven mindset with target orientation and time management skills

  • Problem-solving attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to close deals

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, WhatsApp, Email etiquette)

  • Knowledge of the real estate market, projects, and localities is a strong plus

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and work independently
