Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
-
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, online portals, and site visits.

Respond promptly to inquiries and schedule property viewings.

Build long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
-
Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable properties accordingly.
2. Property Sales & Negotiation:
-
Provide accurate and updated information on available properties, pricing, legal documentation, and amenities.

Conduct site visits and property tours with clients.
-
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and close sales in alignment with company policies.

Coordinate between clients and internal teams for paperwork, payments, and handovers.
3. Market Research & Strategy:

Stay informed about local property trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

Suggest improvements in sales techniques and marketing strategies.

Maintain knowledge of RERA compliance and real estate laws (if applicable).
4. Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of sales leads, customer interactions, and sales performance.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to the Sales Manager.

Ensure proper documentation and assist clients through the transaction process.
5. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing, legal, and operations teams to streamline the sales process.

Participate in real estate expos, promotional events, and client meet-ups.
