Job Description

Handling Resale and Rental work, Field work also, handle start to end process. handling calls inbound and outbound. follow-up with client. Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, and advise them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting. The daily duties include marketing and listing property, working directly with homeowners and buyers, and helping various parties.

- Would be responsible for Real Estate Sales.

- Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.

- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.

- Relevant Experience in Real estate sector

- Manage client query on the phone and convert tele-conversation into a personal meeting.

- Organizing sales visits, presenting products to achieve their monthly targets

- Provide the best possible solution to customers.

- To ensure that the targets are achieved according to the business plan

- Highly self- motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.

- Negotiate terms and close the deal.

- Key responsibility would be to generate business for the organization.
