Job Description
Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai
Experience: 1–5 years
Responsibilities:

Generate leads and follow up with potential buyers

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 + incentives
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Lead Generation

Actively source and identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, property portals, and direct marketing.

Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team or walk-in clients.

Schedule and conduct property viewings with potential buyers or tenants.

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and clients.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
2. Client Relationship Management

Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their real estate needs, preferences, and budget.

Provide expert advice on property options, market trends, pricing, legal documentation, and financing.

Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally, offering after-sales support where necessary.

Maintain a high level of customer service to ensure client satisfaction and referrals.
3. Property Promotion and Marketing

Promote company listings through digital platforms, property expos, social media, and traditional advertising.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create appealing presentations, brochures, and promotional campaigns for new and existing projects.

Stay informed about competing properties and local real estate developments to offer clients the best options.
4. Negotiation and Closing Deals

Negotiate price, payment plans, terms, and closing conditions between buyers and sellers or developers and investors.

Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure a smooth transaction process.

Assist clients in completing necessary documentation such as agreements to sell, application forms, and bank loan formalities.

Ensure compliance with real estate laws and local regulations in all transactions.
5. Market Intelligence and Reporting

Stay updated with property prices, market trends, government policies, and demand-supply dynamics.

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.

Analyze data to identify high-potential areas and customer segments.

Attend industry seminars, training sessions, and networking events to expand market knowledge and connections.
