Key Responsibilities:

Handle client inquiries, conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits with high-value prospects.

Monitor team performance, provide training and support, and ensure proper follow-ups with leads and clients.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, brokers, and real estate agents.

Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation activities, campaign planning, and promotional events.

Stay updated on real estate laws, RERA guidelines, market conditions, and competitor activity.

Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to position the company’s projects effectively.

Oversee deal negotiations, closing procedures, and ensure proper documentation and compliance.

Monitor CRM entries and ensure accurate reporting and analysis of sales performance and pipeline.

Coordinate with internal departments like legal, finance, and CRM for smooth transaction processing and customer satisfaction.

Report sales performance, forecasts, and customer feedback to senior management regularly.
