• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to remain competitive and informed.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

• Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to management.

Qualifications:

• MBA degree from a reputable institution.

• 4-5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in closing deals.

• Experience in one or more of the following industries: Real Estate, Insurance, Investment Banking, Luxury Cars, or Edtech.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace  and CRM software.
