Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Management & Qualification

Handle daily incoming leads generated via digital campaigns, real estate portals (e.g., 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com), walk-ins, and social media.

Make outbound calls to prospective buyers to explain project details and understand their property needs.

Qualify leads based on buyer profile, budget, location preference, and urgency of purchase.

Maintain high call volumes with quality engagement to ensure follow-through.
2. Customer Interaction & Follow-up

Engage prospects via phone, WhatsApp, and email to provide project information, pricing, brochures, videos, and location maps.

Build a good rapport with clients through consistent follow-ups.

Schedule and confirm site visits with the field sales team or project managers.

Handle basic objections and route complex queries to the senior sales team.
3. CRM & Database Management

Record all customer interactions in the CRM system with updated status and feedback.

Ensure timely updates of lead status (e.g., New, Contacted, Site Visit Scheduled, Converted, Not Interested).

Track follow-up dates and send reminders for callbacks, site visits, or document submissions.
4. Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with field sales executives, marketing team, and channel partners for smooth lead transition and closure.

Share daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead performance, follow-up status, and conversion funnel.

Ensure that all scheduled site visits are attended to and feedback is documented.
5. Project Knowledge & Market Awareness

Have in-depth knowledge of all active projects – location, amenities, pricing, payment plans, RERA status, and possession timelines.

Stay updated on local real estate market trends, competitors’ offerings, and buyer sentiments.
