Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management & Qualification

Call and follow up on leads generated through online portals, advertisements, events, or referrals.

Qualify leads based on customer interest, budget, property preference, and buying timeline.

Maintain detailed records of conversations, requirements, and status of each lead.
2. Customer Interaction
-
Provide property information, brochures, and project details to interested customers.

Answer basic questions regarding pricing, floor plans, amenities, location advantages, and loan options.

Educate clients on the project’s value proposition and highlight key selling points.
3. Coordination for Site Visits
-
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the Sales/CRM team for seamless handover.

Ensure all logistics and information are communicated clearly to both the client and the site team.

Follow up post-visit to collect feedback and push the lead forward in the sales funnel.
4. CRM & Database Management
-
Update and manage all lead interactions in the company’s CRM system.

Track lead status (cold, warm, hot), follow-up dates, and next steps.

Ensure accurate lead categorization and reporting for performance tracking.
5. Sales Support
-
Assist the Sales Executives in nurturing leads through the mid-to-late stages of the funnel.

Coordinate with documentation, legal, or finance teams for client-specific queries.

Share updates about promotions, inventory changes, or offers with prospects on time.
6. Reporting & Target Achievement

Achieve weekly and monthly targets in terms of qualified leads and site visit bookings.

Share daily call reports, visit schedules, and performance summaries with the team lead or manager.

Participate in weekly team meetings and reviews to optimize sales strategies.
7. Market & Competitor Awareness

Stay updated on current real estate trends, market prices, and competitor projects in the region.

Share insights and customer feedback with the marketing or project teams for continuous improvement.
