Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Generate leads through cold calling, social media, online portals, referrals, and walk-ins.

Follow up on inquiries from websites, campaigns, events, and advertisements.

Maintain and update a database of potential and existing customers using CRM tools.
2. Client Interaction & Relationship Management:
-
Call prospective clients to understand their property needs, budget, and location preference.

Schedule and conduct meetings and site visits with interested clients.

Educate clients about project offerings, floor plans, payment terms, legal documents, and investment potential.
3. Project Presentation & Sales Pitching:
-
Present real estate projects professionally and clearly, both in person and over calls or video conferences.

Provide complete project walkthroughs, brochures, sample flats, and other relevant information.

Highlight USPs (unique selling propositions), builder credentials, location advantages, and ROI benefits.
4. Site Visits & Follow-Ups:

Escort clients to project sites or model units and explain available options, amenities, and pricing.

Follow up regularly with clients after site visits to address queries and encourage bookings.

Coordinate with the back-office and legal team to manage documentation and queries.
5. Deal Negotiation & Closure:

Negotiate price, payment plans, and terms with buyers within company policies.

Facilitate the booking process, documentation, and agreement signing.

Maintain transparency and trust with clients throughout the buying process.
6. Market Research & Competitor Tracking:

Keep updated with market trends, real estate laws, competitor projects, and price movements.

Share customer feedback and market insights with the sales team for strategic planning.
7. Sales Reporting & Performance Monitoring:

Submit daily/weekly reports on lead conversion, site visits, and bookings.

Track personal and team targets and contribute to overall sales goals.

Use CRM tools or Excel to manage and report data efficiently.
