Job Summary:
A Real Estate Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, promoting properties, and closing sales transactions for residential, commercial, or investment properties. This role involves client relationship management, property presentation, negotiation, and continuous market research. The sales representative serves as a key point of contact for buyers and investors, guiding them through the entire real estate transaction process.
An ideal candidate is a self-driven professional with strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, along with a deep understanding of real estate trends and local market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:

Proactively identify and connect with potential clients through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, networking events, or social media.

Respond to inquiries from potential buyers via phone, email, online platforms, or in-person visits.

Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads using CRM software or lead tracking systems.
2. Property Showcasing and Client Engagement:

Conduct site visits, property walkthroughs, and virtual tours with prospective clients.

Highlight key property features, location benefits, pricing options, and investment potential during presentations.

Build trust and rapport with clients by understanding their needs and offering suitable property solutions.
3. Negotiation and Closing Sales:

Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers/developers to reach favorable agreements.

Address customer objections or concerns confidently and professionally.

Guide clients through legal documentation, pricing, and payment terms until final closing.

Ensure smooth completion of sales contracts, agreements, and follow-ups.
4. Market Research and Intelligence:

Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, upcoming projects, and competitor activities.

Provide market insights to clients including location trends, investment potential, and ROI.

Maintain an up-to-date inventory of available listings, including resale and new properties.
5. Documentation and Compliance:

Assist clients with loan assistance, KYC, and registration processes as needed.

Coordinate with legal, loan, and registration departments for hassle-free documentation.

Ensure all paperwork complies with regulatory standards and company policies.
6. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business.

Maintain client records and interactions in CRM systems for follow-up and future engagement.

Offer post-sale support to clients including assistance with move-ins, legal issues, or future upgrades.
7. Team Collaboration and Reporting:

Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional events, exhibitions, digital campaigns, and advertising.

Attend daily/weekly sales meetings and update managers on lead status, closures, and forecasts.
