Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions.
Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
Solicit property sales listings from prospective vendors
Draw up sales agreements for approval of purchaser and seller
May rent or lease properties on behalf of clients.
Assist prospective buyers in selecting, visiting, inspecting and making offers of purchase on real estate properties
Requirements:-
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.
Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
