Job Description

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, showing properties, negotiating deals, and closing sales.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and strong negotiation abilities. Candidates with prior experience in real estate, property sales, or customer-facing roles will be preferred, but freshers with a passion for sales are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Business Development

  • Identify potential buyers, investors, and tenants through cold calling, referrals, digital campaigns, and networking.

  • Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

  • Build strong relationships with property developers, brokers, and potential customers.

  • Attend property exhibitions, events, and seminars to increase brand visibility.

2. Client Consultation & Property Showings

  • Understand customer needs, budgets, and preferences to suggest suitable properties.

  • Schedule and conduct property visits, walkthroughs, and demonstrations.

  • Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation clearly.

  • Assist clients in shortlisting properties based on their requirements.

3. Sales Negotiation & Deal Closure

  • Negotiate pricing, payment schedules, and terms with clients effectively.

  • Guide buyers through the entire sales process, from inquiry to deal completion.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, legal approvals, and registrations.

  • Ensure smooth handovers and maintain long-term client relationships.

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and demand patterns.

  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to understand property offerings and pricing strategies.

  • Suggest innovative sales strategies to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

5. Documentation & Compliance

  • Assist clients with property-related paperwork including agreements, registration, and KYC documents.

  • Ensure all sales are conducted as per company policies and legal guidelines.

  • Coordinate with the legal and finance departments to complete necessary formalities.

  • Maintain accurate and updated records of clients, properties, and transactions.

6. Teamwork & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and generate leads.

  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth property handovers.

  • Attend regular team meetings to review performance and discuss strategies.

  • Share market insights and customer feedback with management for process improvements.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical / Professional Skills:

  • Knowledge of real estate trends, property documentation, and legal formalities (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Proficiency in using CRM software, property portals, and digital marketing tools.

  • Basic understanding of financial terms, EMI calculations, and loan processes.

Communication & Negotiation Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and local languages.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close high-value deals.

  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Soft Skills:

  • Goal-Oriented: Passionate about meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Customer-Centric: Focused on delivering excellent client experiences.
