Job Description
Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Representative to promote and sell plots for our projects located in Hosur and Theni. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate, insurance, or banking sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. This role involves interacting with potential buyers, understanding their requirements, and closing sales deals efficiently.
We provide transport, food, and accommodation for candidates operating in both project locations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development

Identify potential customers and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

Promote and sell plots for the company’s real estate projects in Hosur and Theni.

Conduct site visits, property presentations, and client meetings to explain project details.

Understand client requirements and propose suitable options aligned with their preferences.
2. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

Handle customer inquiries, objections, and negotiations professionally.

Maintain a follow-up schedule to ensure timely closure of deals.
3. Documentation & Reporting

Assist clients in documentation, agreements, and registration processes.

Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and sales conversions.

Report sales activities, progress, and challenges to the sales manager or team lead.
4. Coordination & Support

Coordinate with project teams, finance, and legal departments to facilitate smooth transactions.

Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competition to management.

Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns as required.
