Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and confident male real estate Salesman to join our team and drive property sales. The role requires excellent communication, persuasive negotiation skills, and a genuine interest in helping clients find the right properties.
Key Responsibilities:-
Generate and convert leads through calls, referrals, and digital outreach.

Conduct property showings, site visits, and open houses.

Maintain relationships with potential buyers and provide timely follow-ups.

Negotiate and close sales while ensuring client satisfaction.

Stay updated on local market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

Assist clients with documentation and transaction processes.

Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales (real estate experience preferred)

Age: Between 21 and 40 years

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Belgaum, Karnataka
