Job Description

Job Title: Real Estate Telecaller

Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month

Location: Banshankari, Bengaluru

Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Real Estate Telecaller to join our Real Estate team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our property offerings, and scheduling site visits. Your communication and persuasion skills will play a key role in helping us grow our customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided lead database

• Pitch real estate projects and explain property features clearly and confidently

• Schedule appointments and site visits for interested customers

• Maintain follow-up with leads and update daily call reports

• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to convert leads into visits and bookings

• Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of telecalling or customer service experience (Real Estate experience preferred)

• Strong communication and convincing skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi

• Positive attitude, self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
