Responsibilities:

Would Be Responsible for Database / Cold Calling and Tele Counselling and Lining-up Walkins in the Office, Etc.

Following Up on Client Leads for Sale of Properties.

Responsible for Handling Clients Inquiries and Servicing Customer's Needs.

Be An Expert on Issues of Real Estate Industry, Prices, Competitors, Market Conditions Etc.

Maintain and Progress an Active Sales Pipeline of Prospect Clients.

Contribute to the Major Goals of the Company in Uplifting Sales/revenues.

Maintain Quality Service by Establishing and Enforcing Organization Standards.

Collaborate with Team to Achieve Better Results.

Providing Excellent Service to the Customers to Make Property Investment a Delightful Experience.
