We are looking for a passionate Real Estate Sales person who is responsible for commercial/retail real estate sales activities related to Investors/ buyers representation, customer service, soliciting new business activity, account, deal management, financial analysis and closing deals etc.
Job Description:
• Develop relationship with the existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide the best real estate solution.
• Call on potential or existing clients to setting appointments and making prospect/client visits.
• Update, maintain, and build the E-Sales database with updated client information, prospects and new contacts.
• Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets.
• Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.
• Serve as a representative for clients from start to the end of transaction closing.
• Positive attitude for doing 2-3 meetings each day, for meeting new people and someone who enjoys doing sales.

• Immediate Joiner
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good experience in Sales
• Own conveyance is a must
• Age should not be more than 40 year
• Should have a zeal for sale
