Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Intern to join our team. The intern will have the chance to learn about real estate investment, property management, market analysis, and much more through practical, real-world experiences. The role will provide exposure to various facets of the real estate industry and is ideal for those considering a career in real estate development, investment, or management.

Salary- As per standard
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis: Assist in conducting market research to identify trends in property values, demand, and other real estate factors.
- Property Valuation: Support the team in preparing financial models, property valuations, and cash flow analyses for investment opportunities.
- Investment Analysis: Analyze current and potential investment opportunities, including underwriting and risk assessments.
- Networking: Develop effective networking methods to connect with potential channel partners and clients.
- Client sourcing: Call and arrange meetings with potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Sales Support: Visits to channel partners with the seniors to update them on ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Marketing Support: Assist the marketing team in preparing property listings, managing client relationships, and drafting presentations. • Territory Research
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled or a 2025 graduate of a Bachelors program in BBA, MCA, BCOM, MBA, PG
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience:
- Prior internships or academic projects in real estate, finance, or business are preferred but not required.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Strong interest in the real estate industry.
