Job Description

Roles - Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a warm, professional manner and ensure they are connected with the correct bank personnel.

• Call & Inquiry Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; provide basic branch/account information; and manage branch emails.

• Administrative Support: Maintain visitor logs, issue access passes, manage mail/deliveries, and order office supplies.

• Customer Triage: Assist customers with filling out basic forms (e.g., deposits, withdrawals, KYC/account opening) and direct them to specialized departments.

• Appointment Scheduling: Book, confirm, and modify appointments for bank managers, financial advisors, or loan officers.
