Roles & Responsibilities :

Able to receive the customer and provide information regarding the Training details. Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization and also teach the subject. Able to welcome guests and greet people who visit the office. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. 

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Training will be provided for 6 months.
• Able to teach the subject to the persons/groups.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Answer and forward incoming phone calls
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue and collect visitor badges)
  
• Update calendars and schedule meetings
  
• Perform other clerical receptionist and trainee duties such as training, transcribing..etc.
