Job Description
Looking for minimum 2 years of experienced candidate
Manage the Front desk
Handle billing / accounts/Inventory
Maintain files and records
Scheduling appointments
Vendor Management
Must be proficient in Tamil, English ,Telugu and Hindi
Maintaining the entire office setup and walkin clients
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
· Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Leadership abilities taking initiative, being proactive in trying better processes
· Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
· Ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment, and produce accurate and timely deliverables
· Ability to communicate effectively with people from different cultures
