Job Description
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist cum Admin to join our real estate team. This role combines front desk reception duties with administrative support to ensure smooth operations across the office.
Key Responsibilities:Reception Duties:

Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.

Answer and direct incoming calls and emails.

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

Manage appointment scheduling and visitor logs.
Administrative Duties:

Handle general office administration tasks including filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

Assist with property listings, documentation, and updating CRM systems.

Coordinate with real estate agents and property managers to support their daily activities.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries.

Prepare and format reports, presentations, and internal documents.

Proven work experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant, preferably in real estate.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Basic knowledge of real estate processes/documentation is a plus.

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred.
