The Receptionist cum Admin plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. Position Title: Receptionist cum Admin

Location: Sector 63, Noida

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay-Grade: Upto 20 K per month

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communication. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking accurate messages when necessary.
  • Maintain and update visitor logs, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences as needed.
  • Maintain office calendars, ensuring schedules are updated and communicated effectively.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for routine office needs.

Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with pleasant personality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
