Job Description

Need Receptionist cum Admin staff with Basic accounts knowledge. 
1. Very well versed in Communication with Client Coordination in Real Estate
2. Female Candidates Only
3. Education: B.com / M.com
4. Experience: 1 to 2 years
5. Proactive and pleasant-able
6. Food and Accommodation provided
7. Mail, Drafting, Excel and Word and Good Web knowledge
8. Manage schedules, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships to enhance client satisfaction
9. Two Wheeler License is MUST
10. Immediate Joiner Needed

Key Responsibilities:

1. Front Office / Reception Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.

  • Handle general inquiries and direct visitors to the appropriate departments or personnel.

  • Maintain a neat and welcoming reception area at all times.

  • Manage appointment scheduling for staff or management (if applicable).

  • Maintain a visitor logbook and issue visitor passes as required.

2. Administrative Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to various departments.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including couriers, letters, and emails.

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.

  • Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents (physical and digital).

  • Assist in the coordination of office events, meetings, and logistics.

  • Support the HR or Admin Manager in maintaining attendance records and staff documentation.

3. Basic Accounting and Finance Assistance

  • Assist the accounts team in daily financial operations such as:

    • Preparing and sending invoices to customers.

    • Entering bills, receipts, and vouchers into accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy, Zoho Books).

    • Handling petty cash disbursements and maintaining records.

    • Filing GST, TDS, or expense-related documents under supervision.

  • Help reconcile daily expenses and submit monthly expense reports.

  • Collect and verify bills from vendors and coordinate for payments.

  • Maintain ledgers for petty cash, transport, and other administrative expenses.

4. Record Management and Data Entry

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files of all correspondence, bills, receipts, and vouchers.

  • Input relevant data in spreadsheets and accounting systems.

  • Prepare reports and summaries for management as required.

5. Office Coordination

  • Act as a point of contact between departments, vendors, and service providers.

  • Ensure office equipment (printers, telephones, internet, etc.) are maintained and functional.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff for routine upkeep.
