Job Description

Timing 10 to 1 pm and 5pm to 8pm

Monday weekly off

Responsibilities:

- Need to manage patient appointments .

- Help in dental Procedures .

- Taking care of Clinic.

- Dusting and Cleaning Clinic.

- Sterilising and preparing dental tools for appointments.

- Greeting patients and updating patient records.

- Answering enquiries and scheduling appointments.

- Assisting with dental x-rays.

- Performing basic safety and hygiene procedures before treatments.

- Organising and updating equipment inventory.

- Maintain the dental clinic’s budget, general ledger and accounting systems

- Oversee the processing of insurance and secondary insurance claims

- Assist patients with applying for credit and other financial assistance

- Provide the Dentist with administrative and practical support when asked

Skills:

Excellent customer service and leadership skills

Ability to multi-task efficiently

Excellent computer and typing skills
