Front Desk Management – Greet and assist visitors, manage incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.

Office Administration – Maintain records, handle correspondence, schedule meetings, and manage daily office operations.

Data Entry & Documentation – Accurately enter, update, and maintain company data, ensuring confidentiality.

Computer Operations – Use MS Office, email, and basic office software for preparing letters, reports, and presentations.

Communication Handling – Manage phone, email, and in-person communication with professionalism.

Record Management – Maintain employee, client, and inventory records systematically.

Support to Management – Assist management with administrative tasks, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure smooth workflow.

Customer Service – Address client queries, provide information, and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.

Printing & Scanning Tasks – Operate printers, scanners, and photocopiers for official work.

Coordination – Liaise between departments for smooth information flow.

Education – Minimum 12th pass; Graduation in any stream preferred.

Computer Proficiency – Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email drafting, and internet browsing.

Typing Speed – Minimum 30–40 words per minute with accuracy.

Language Skills – Proficiency in English & Hindi (reading, writing, speaking); additional languages are an advantage.

Experience – 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred; freshers with strong skills may also apply.
