Position Summary:We are seeking a Receptionist cum Sales Representative who embodies positivity, fitness, and professionalism. You will be the first point of contact for all visitors, responsible for creating a warm and inviting environment, while also promoting our gym memberships and services. This is a dual-role position ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has a flair for sales.
Key Responsibilities:-
Greet and assist members and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and appointment bookings.

Provide detailed information about gym services, membership plans, and promotions.

Proactively engage with walk-ins to convert leads into memberships.

Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and reception area.

Support marketing and promotional events held at the gym.

Maintain client records and follow up on inquiries and leads.

Cheerful, energetic personality with a passion for fitness and wellness.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English fluency preferred).
