Receptionist Cum Telecaller Job Description
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures
- Handle outgoing calls to clients and potential customers for business purposes
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing and photocopying
Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Insert preferred language(s) – e.g., English, Hindi, regional languages].

Polite and professional telephone etiquette.

Ability to listen actively and respond appropriately.
Technical and Computer Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Experience using CRM systems, EPABX, or basic call management software is a plus.
