Job Summary:
We are looking for a well-spoken and organized Receptionist cum Telecaller to manage front desk responsibilities while handling incoming and outgoing calls professionally. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, offering a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the organization.
This role requires excellent communication, multitasking abilities, and a customer-friendly attitude to manage both reception and telecalling duties effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk Management:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests warmly.

Maintain the reception area in a neat and presentable manner.

Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
2. Telecalling and Communication:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers for promotional or follow-up purposes.

Answer incoming calls, handle inquiries, and transfer calls to the relevant departments.

Provide accurate information regarding the organization’s services or products.
3. Appointment Scheduling and Coordination:

Manage appointment calendars and book meetings or consultations.

Coordinate with team members to confirm schedules and avoid conflicts.

Follow up with clients or customers for confirmations, rescheduling, or reminders.
4. Record Keeping and Administration:

Maintain visitor logs, call records, and daily appointment sheets.

Keep records of client interactions, feedback, and contact information.

Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing, or courier handling.
5. Customer Relationship Management:

6. Office Coordination Support:
