Job Description
- Getting Leads, Meeting setup & Resolution
- Attend to the front desk of the office.
- Making and receiving telephone calls.
- Typing letters & documents.
- Scanning and copying of documents on daily basis
- Recording daily attendance and leave.
- Inward-outward visitor document register maintaining.
- Managing cleanliness in the office and general housekeeping.
- Maintaining enough stock/inventory of essential supplies.
- Bringing photo copies of documents.
- To take job responsibilities of HR & Office Administrator in her absence.
- Data Mining
- Back office work
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
- Greet and welcome guests
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
- Check, sort and forward emails
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep updated records and files
- Monitor office expenses and costs
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
Minimum Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
- High energy level
